No formalized team activity is permitted prior to the
start of the 2009 season. Camps which are open to the
general organization are permitted; however, there is
to be no individual / team specific instruction of
players by assigned team coaches. Coaches found in
breach of the rules face suspension as well as their
organizations being placed on probation and possible
exclusion from both play-off and championship play.
No team instruction of any kind shall take place prior
to Monday, July 27.
